Position SummaryOur office is seeking a motivated, energetic Account Representative passionate about driving business growth through meaningful conversations and exceptional customer service, offering strong earning and advancement potential.Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by generating leads, scheduling meetings, and following up.
  • Provide accurate, friendly assistance on insurance products, coverage, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Educate customers using a needs-based, customer-centric approach to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
  • Maintain attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while showing enthusiasm for helping customers manage risk and achieve goals.
  • Must possess an Alabama P&C/Life & Health License prior to starting the position (licensing & testing fees will be reimbursed)

Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
